My approach is holistic, integrative, and responsive, so that before deciding together on a therapeutic way forward for you, we will consider the whole of you - mind, body and spirit.
Aromatherapy, Massage and Reflexology are flexible therapies that are responsive to the individual, working on physical, psychological and spiritual levels as appropriate. They may be given in combination - therefore your treatment might include a single therapy, or a mix of all three. It’s up to you.
Counseling, Mindfulness and CBT
My therapeutic approach is Integrative – meaning I am flexible - using Person-Centered/Humanistic counseling, CBT, Mindfulness - or a mixture of approaches - according to your needs. I provide online therapy for all - and now also in-person for women.
